Open a browser and enter the LagosCoMiS website @ https://lagoscomis.lagosjudiciary.gov.ng
Enter the valid ‘Legal Email Address’’ and ‘Password’. Click ‘Sign in’
On your Dashboard, click on ‘New Filings’ on the top right corner of your page.
Click Existing Suit
Select Counsel, Select Defense Filing and type in Suit Number
View details of parties involved and tick parties to represent
Upload documents
Preview filing and click finish
Assessors will review the assessment and approve for payment
Counsel or litigant is prompted to make payment
Once payment is made, Assessor stamps processes and commissions the case
Counsel is expected to print the stamped processes and submit in court
Magistrate will access the case electronically
