HOW TO PAY FOR FORMS AND LETTERS

Open a browser and enter the LagosCoMiS website @ https://lagoscomis.lagosjudiciary.gov.ng
Enter the valid "Legal Email Address’’ and "Password". Click "Sign in"
On your Dashboard, click on "New Filings" on the top right corner of your page.
Click ‘Miscellaneous’
Click on "Proceed" in the Forms and Letters box
Select "Form/Letter" and "Court Type"
Click "Private Legal Practitioner", Select "Division"
A notification will pop up asking you to confirm the division chosen. Click
"Ok"
Click on "Letter to Chief Registrar" or any form you chose
Click on the check box "Letter to Chief Registrar" and choose the number of pages
Click "Save Form"
A notification with the information Form Successfully Added will appear, click "Ok"
Click "Proceed to Payment" to make payment.
After payment, print receipt attach receipt to the form and letter, take them to the Commissioner for Oath for stamping.
